Scotch And Scottie Health Faire Policies and Guidelines

Strict Application & Payment Deadline: All applications, paperwork, and booth fees must be finalized and received by Wednesday, January 6, 2027. Unpaid spaces or unconfirmed educational booths cannot be included on the official city-submitted layout map.
Compliance & Licensing Disclaimer: Vendors are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary business licenses, permits, and proper food handling/licensing required by the City of Dunedin and the State of Florida. The Scottish Terrier Club of Tampa Bay (STCTB) reserves the right to request proof of licensing and liability insurance at any time. STCTB is not responsible for vendor compliance.
Liability: Scotch And Scottie, The Scottish Terrier Club of Tampa Bay (STCTB), or The Scottish Terrier Rescue of Florida (STROF) will not be held responsible for any liability, lost or stolen items, lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise, or any injury incurred during the Scotch and Scottie Health Faire.
Space Allocation: All spaces are a standard 10x10 footprint on grass or pavement.
Supplies: Vendors are strictly responsible for bringing their own 10x10 pop-up tent, required tent weights (for park safety), tables, and chairs.
Setup/Teardown: Setup begins at 8:30 a.m. Tents must be fully operational by 9:45 a.m. Teardown may not begin before 4:00 p.m.
Weather: This is an outdoor, rain-or-shine event.
Educational / 501(c)(3) Non-Profit: This free tier is strictly reserved for accredited schools, registered 501(c)(3) organizations, or clubs providing a purely informational/interactive public display. No commercial retail sales, service pitching, or vendor transactions are permitted at free educational booths. If you are selling items or promoting a for-profit entity, you must register as an Artisan or Commercial vendor below.
Event hours are 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and booths are to remain open this entire time.
All fees are non-refundable.
Promotion: As a participating vendor, I authorize the Scotch and Scottie event coordinators to post pictures of me and/or my vendor stall in advertising, on websites, and social media
Utilities: No electricity or running water is available.
Licensing: It is the responsibility of all vendors to obtain any necessary permits, licenses, etc.
Clean up: Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their booth area, leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.
Only one organization or vendor may use each booth space. All vendors must conduct business in their designated booth area only. Non-booth holders may NOT distribute merchandise or fliers of any kind.
The event committee reserves the right to prohibit the sale or distribution of materials that may be illegal or considered offensive to others.
The event committee reserves the right to censor any booth.
